I ate at this restaurant on Lamal Beach, Koh Samui, 15 days in a

BAHAMIAN CONCH FRITTERS
If you put your ear to the shell you will hear the sea we take the
meat out to get this island delight. For this recipe I had to bribe
a maid with a bottle of Mount Gay Rum and a six pack of Red Stripe
on the island of Grand Turk in the Turks and Caicos

order to get this recipe I had to fly to Vancouver, get a waiter

Chicken marinated in red curry paste & coconut milk and served with
spicy peanut and sweet cucumber sauce. I've had it in Bali, Djakarta,
Kuala Lumpur and Thailand, but our version is the best
PHAD
THAI Shrimp, tofu, rice noodles, bean sprouts, egg, and ground peanuts
in a slightly spicy Thai sauce. This is may all time favorite dish.
